| TUBE FORMING We bend tubes .025" OD to .750" OD. with minimum distortion to the bend. We have achieved bend tolerances at +-.5 degree, with leg length +-.005" We can also produce complex multi-bend assemblies either welded or brazed. WIRE & RIBBON FORMING ZHMC offers four slide wire & ribbon forming. We have a complete machine shop to manufacture the tooling requirements needed for your print or drawing specifications. This process is designed for orders of 10,000 to 1,000,000+ parts from the same tooling. WELDING & BRAZING ZHMC offers the services of a government certified welder specializing in TIG welding. We also offers brazing from our partner suppliers. With a complete machine shop, we can tool up fixtures to assure proper assembly as per print or drawing specifications. EDM SMALL HOLE DRILLING ZHMC can burn holes down to .005" OD or burn fragile material to specification. WEIGHT & VOLUME CERTIFICATIONS With a Saritorius Scale, ZHMC can certify weight & water volume from .0005 to 120 grams. GENERAL STAMPING & MACHINE SERVICES We specialize in high precision small parts production using compound progressive stamping dies to punch out your designated products.
